A carb-rich meal like a seven-grain hot cereal, skim milk, a few almonds, fresh pear slices, cinnamon and drizzle of honey can enhance my mind state. Carbohydrates enable more of the building blocks of serotonin, the feel-good chemical,to reach my brain. Yea!
